Your order will be packaged and shipped within a week or two with Australia Post and the delivery time will be specified by them. You will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped, which will give you a more specific arrival date.

Shipping of larger paintings on their wooden stretcher frame will be shipped with another postal company. Price and arrival time will depend on the company. You may contact me to discuss shipping costs on large paintings so we can work out which is the best option for you.

Another option for shipping large paintings is to have them taken off their wooden stretcher frame and shipped rolled up. This allows you to have a cheaper shipping cost, however you will have to have it stretched locally, this is often cheaper than sending a large painting in its original form. It's best to call a local framer to get a quote.

Worldwide shipping is available apart from shipping to the UK, it is no longer possible under the Brexit Laws. If any taxes or government charges apply on your end that is not my responsibility.

All sales are final. If an item has been damaged in transit please contact me and the shipping company used. We can then discuss an exchange or replacement of the product or refund, depending on the case. The item will need to be shipped back to me at the cost of the buyer, if a refund or exchange has been made. Refunds or exchanges do not cover the original shipping expenses.

If your order has gone missing and the tracking number is no help, please contact me and we can find a solution.
